Working Principle

Put an appropriate amount of polymer-containing sample in the energy-gathering head, make it undergo one or more ultrasonic shear treatments for a fixed time, and measure the change of its viscosity according to the standard, and finally calculate the viscosity drop rate of the sample. The viscosity loss of oil in the concentrator (that is, ultrasonic oscillator) caused by ultrasonic shearing action is evaluated by the viscosity drop rate of oil. The instrument is suitable for polymer-containing hydraulic oil and internal combustion engine oil.
